2 years ago, I bought a small unit apartment which located at Subang West. The project seems going to completed another year. Was a bit late to realized that the property capacity might not suitable for the my current family’s plan. And planning to let go as soon or maybe to re-look another bigger space. Would appreciate if any gurus can advise on how to deal on the mortgage and agreement matters.
